With over 35 + years of experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Peters has held positions ranging from Executive Chef to Hotel General Manager to barback. This extensive background equips him to effectively lead HRBUniversal, the Plate & Pour Collective Equity Partner Program, and Speed Mingle.

In his leisure time, Mr. Peters pursues interests as an amateur distiller, brewer, and vintner, while also honing his skills as a pitmaster for competitive BBQ events. He is frequently accompanied by his Shih Tzu, Bentley Beauraguard, also known as PCola Beau on social media, who serves as his official taste tester.
